Claudeforce today
AI for working with business context
Claudeforce is Salesforce and Anthropic’s expanded partnership. Its first product is Salesforce in Claude, a plugin with 37 prebuilt sales skills. Salesforce says those skills can reason over live revenue context, automate pipeline updates, and take governed action directly from Claude.
The initial release is focused on Sales. Salesforce has announced additional areas, including Service, Marketing, Commerce, Revenue, and Field Service, but labels those areas as coming soon. This comparison therefore describes the offering available or explicitly planned as of August 28, 2026—not every capability Claudeforce may gain later.
See the official Claudeforce product page for Salesforce’s current scope and availability.
OrgMate today
AI for decisions about the org itself
OrgMate starts with a different problem: a Salesforce admin needs to understand why the org behaves as it does, compare viable change paths, or decide what should be fixed first.
It connects to a supported Salesforce Sandbox, reads metadata rather than record data, and grounds answers in the org’s actual configuration. For decisions that need more than a quick answer, OrgMate creates a structured Assessment with the recommendation, relevant trade-offs, known unknowns, and a clearer next step.

Fit
Start with the job you need done
Choose Claudeforce when you want to:
- give sellers answers grounded in live account and pipeline context;
- prepare meetings, account plans, outreach, or deal strategy in Claude;
- update Salesforce or execute revenue workflows under existing permissions;
- bring Salesforce work into the interface where your team already uses Claude.
Choose OrgMate when you want to:
- understand why a Salesforce automation behaves unexpectedly;
- decide whether to extend an existing Flow or create a new one;
- compare implementation paths against the configuration already in the org;
- get decision support without giving the product record-data or write access.
Complementary use
The overlap is smaller than the title suggests
Based on the products as they exist today, this is not really an either-or choice. Claudeforce starts with seller workflows and live revenue context. OrgMate starts when the question turns to the configuration behind those workflows.
A recurring routing problem makes the handoff concrete: identifying the affected deals is revenue work. Deciding whether the routing Flow should be changed, split, or left alone is org work.

What this comparison is based on
This comparison is based on Salesforce’s public Claudeforce materials, not on a hands-on evaluation of the current pilot. Claudeforce is new and its scope will evolve. We will update this page when the open beta ships or Salesforce publishes material changes. Current Claudeforce facts come from Salesforce’s own announcement and product page:
